By using SprintRead's website or iOS app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

SprintRead provides speed reading training through guided RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) sessions and comprehension quizzes. The service is available as a free website tool and a paid iOS application.

Subscriptions & Payments

The iOS app offers a free tier with limited daily sessions and a paid subscription (monthly or annual) for unlimited access. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via the App Store.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in SprintRead are owned by us. Reading passages used for training are either original or used with appropriate permissions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

Disclaimer

SprintRead is a training tool. Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific reading speed improvements. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprintRead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SprintRead after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
